The wait is over. Are you saving enough?
This month, big changes are happening with the Hertz Income Savings Plan: the 401(k) waiting period is changing! New hires will be eligible to make 401(k) contributions on the first day of the month after 60 days of employment. And, the Company match will start at the same time.
So, if you joined Hertz in the past year and have worked at least 60 days since you were hired, you’re now eligible to begin contributing to the 401(k) and receive the Company match.
Hertz matches the first 3% of contributions dollar-for-dollar (at 100%) and then matches 50% on the next 2% of contributions. All matching contributions are immediately vested, and you’re always 100% vested in your own contributions. Learn more now!
