Hertz offers the Income Savings Plan (the "Savings Plan" or the "401(k)") to help you save for retirement and plan for your future. Read the Summary Plan Description (SPD) and the Summary of Material Modifications (SMM) for full plan details.
You can participate in the 401(k) on the first of the month after 60 days of employment.
To participate in the 401(k), you have to enroll. To enroll in the 401(k), click here. If you don't enroll, you will not participate in the plan.
Hertz matches the first 3% of contributions dollar-for-dollar (at 100%) and then matches 50% on the next 2% of contributions. Be sure to contribute at least 5% to take advantage of the Company match. All matching contributions will be immediately vested.

For 2018, the contribution limit is $18,500. If you're age 55 or older, you can contribute an additional $6,000.
For 2019, the contribution limit is $19,000. If you're age 55 or older, you can contribute an additional $6,000.
