MyQHealth Care Coordinators

Your MyQHealth Care Coordinators can help you with medical, pharmacy, and other benefits questions or issues. Think of them as your personal team of nurses, benefit experts and claims specialists who will do all they can to support your unique healthcare needs. You'll talk to a real person who knows you, every time you call, and they will have your benefits and your health history.

From replacing ID cards to more complicated matters like claim resolutions, no request is too big or small for your MyQHealth Care Coordinators. One resource to contact whenever you need help with your medical, dental, wellness or pharmacy benefits.

MyQHealth Care Coordinators do things like:

  • Verify coverage
  • Provide health-education resources
  • Advocate for your care
  • Help manage chronic conditions
  • Find in-network providers
  • Contact providers to discuss treatment
  • Answer claims, billing and benefits questions
  • Create health-improvement plans
  • Help reduce unnecessary out-of-pocket costs

Go to or call 1-877-674-3045. Care Coordinators are available Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. ET (7:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. CT).

You can also access the MyQHealth portal,, anytime to find benefits information, including your account balance(s), claim information, and more. There are also instructions for downloading their easy-to-use app, MyQHealth - CareCoordinators.

When you go to for the first time, click on the Not Registered? button. Complete the registration form and click Submit. You’ll receive a verification message in your email that will prompt you to create a new password.
