You'll talk to a real person who knows you, every time you call, and they will have your benefits and your health history.

MyQHealth Care Coordinators do things like:

Go to HertzCareCoordinators.com or call 1-877-674-3045 and press "3" to get started. Care Coordinators are available Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. ET (7:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. CT).
You can also access the MyQHealth portal, HertzCareCoordinators.com, anytime to find benefits information, including your account balance(s), claim information, and more. There are also instructions for downloading their easy-to-use app, MyQHealth - CareCoordinators.
When you go to HertzCareCoordinators.com for the first time, click on the Not Registered? button. Complete the registration form and click Submit. You’ll receive a verification message in your email that will prompt you to create a new password.
