To see a list of network providers in your area, visit the Hawaii Dental Service website. You can also call Hawaii Dental Service at 1-800-232-2533 to speak with a customer service representative who can help you find a provider.
What if I don’t get my dental ID card before I need to use my benefits?
You can print a temporary ID card by logging in to your Hawaii Dental Service account. You can also ask your dentist to verify benefits using your Social Security number.
