Anyone hired on or after April 1, 2018, has the option to enroll in medical, dental, and vision coverage on their date of hire (Day 1 Coverage). Or they can choose the standard coverage option and enroll in all benefits on the first of the month following 60 days (Standard Coverage). Employees select an option when they enroll.
