Hertz Benefits eGuide

Welcome to the Benefits eGuide

At Hertz, we know it's not one-size-fits-all for our customers. That's why we offer compact cars to full-size SUVs and everything in between. The same goes for our health and welfare benefits for our employees. Not everyone needs or wants the same benefits, so that's why we offer a variety of options, allowing you to choose the plans that are right for you and your family.

This eGuide provides you with everything you need to know about your Hertz benefits. Use the navigation along the left-hand side of this guide to find what you’re looking for.

If you live in Hawaii, are part of the Hawaii Teamsters Local 996, or if you're part of another collectively-bargained union, parts of this eGuide may not pertain to you. If you live in Hawaii, click here for information about your benefits.

If you are covered by a collective bargaining agreement that has not provided for participation in all or some of the benefits provided as part of the Hertz Custom Benefit Program, certain portions of this website, including the eGuide, will not apply to you. Please refer to your labor agreement or contact your Human Resource Business Partner for further information about the benefits available to you and any limitations or restrictions on eligibility.

The terms and conditions of each employee benefit plan are governed by the plan documents (including insurance certificates and policies). If there is a discrepancy between the information on this website and the plan documents, the terms of the plan documents will always govern. While Hertz fully intends to continue these employee benefit plans, Hertz reserves the right to change, modify, eliminate, or add employee benefit plans at its sole discretion. This information does not constitute a contract of employment between Hertz and any employee. You should contact AskHR if you have any questions about your benefits.
