If you enroll a new dependent(s), you may be asked to provide documentation to verify dependent eligibility. If you’re randomly selected to provide documentation, it will be after you enroll. Please note that falsifying information can lead to cancellation of dependent coverage and disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.
*If you live in Hawaii, you are eligible for Hertz benefits if you work at least 20 hours per week.

The Affordable Care Act requires certain employers to offer affordable, minimum value medical coverage to all full-time employees. The company where your spouse works will be able to validate compliance with this requirement or indicate exemption from the regulation. This does not apply if both spouses work for Hertz and does not impact your ability to cover dependent children.
